Testers Community is a platform designed to help developers find testers for their apps. Developers can post their app details, and other users can volunteer to test these apps.
Disclaimer
We do not guarantee or endorse the quality or completeness of any testing or feedback provided through our platform. We merely act as a facilitator connecting developers and potential testers.
Age Requirement
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use or access the Services.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside or access the Services.
Registration
To create an account, you must provide a valid email address and a password or sign in using a supported third-party service (e.g., Google). By clicking "Register" or "Sign in," you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@testerscommunity.com of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.
You agree not to use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Upload Vulgar/Offensive Content: This includes but is not limited to pornographic, sexually explicit, or hateful material.
- Spam or Post Irrelevant Content: Avoid posting excessive or repeated links to your app or unrelated content.
- Harass or Abuse Other Users: No abusive, threatening, or defamatory language is allowed.
- Provide Malicious or Illegal Materials: You must not distribute viruses or malicious code, or promote illegal activities.
- Violate Intellectual Property Rights: Only upload or post app details, names, images, and icons that you own or are authorized to use.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. Users who engage in prohibited activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
Ownership of Content
Any content, including app details, icons, and links ("User-Generated Content"), that you post remains your property. However, by posting User-Generated Content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove or modify any User-Generated Content that, in our judgment, violates these Terms or any applicable law.
Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the content you post.
Paid Features
We may offer paid subscription plans or services through Razorpay payment processing. All transactions are processed securely, and we only store minimal transaction details (e.g., amount, user ID, date).

Services Provided "As Is"
You understand and agree that our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
No Guarantee of Testing or Feedback Quality
We do not guarantee the quality or thoroughness of any testing performed by members of the community. Therefore, we are not responsible if Google rejects or suspends an app for insufficient testing or any other reason.
No Liability for User Actions
We are not responsible for any malicious, offensive, or illegal acts committed by other users, including any pornographic uploads or spam.
Third-Party Links and Contacts
Users often share Google Play links or other contact details. We are not liable for any interactions, agreements, or disputes that arise from off-platform communication or transactions.
Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Testers Community, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Testers Community, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User-Generated Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination by You
You may stop using our Services at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at support@testerscommunity.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other lawful reason.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. Any provision intended to survive termination (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) shall remain in effect.
These Terms and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India, for any actions arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email (where possible). By continuing to use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Testers Community regarding your use of the Services.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
